Jenalle Bushby
Canberra Branch Manager at Australian Computer Society (ACS)
Jenalle Bushby leads branch operations and supports a network of volunteers, while building partnerships across the Australian Public Service (APS), industry, and academia. She delivers initiatives that strengthen the local technology profession and create meaningful impact for the Canberra tech community.
With expertise in the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), career development, training, and professional communication, Jenalle helps students, emerging and experienced professionals identify and articulate their skills, build confidence, and navigate evolving career pathways.
Passionate about lifelong learning, she encourages individuals to develop their capabilities, expand their networks, and position themselves for future opportunities.
Guided by her belief that “luck comes to the prepared”, Jenalle advocates for continuous learning, career planning, and taking initiative to achieve professional success.
Kanato Takagi
Accountant at Tailored Accounts
A 2025 Bachelor of Accounting graduate from the University of Canberra, Kanato built early practical experience in Xero, Dext, and payroll processing. Since joining Tailored Accounts, he has focused on expanding his technical knowledge and role, bringing a thoughtful, open-minded perspective and a strong commitment to learning.
Outside of work, Kanato is an avid basketball player, bringing the same team-first mindset and energy into his
professional growth.
Lily Lan
Accountant at Tailored Accounts
Holding a Master of Accounting from the Australian National University (2025), Lily refined her expertise in Australian taxation law and compliant reporting through her work with the ANU Tax Clinic. At Tailored Accounts, she applies a highly disciplined, methodical approach to complex financial management, recognized for her rigorous attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to technical precision.
